Neshat Huda was born on May 23, 1994, in Chittagong, Bangladesh, and later migrated to the United States with her family. She studied Business Administration at Queens College, New York (2014-2019), where she developed the entrepreneurial foundation that would power her future empire.
Her career began in modeling and media production, including behind-the-scenes work with director Steven Schillaci in 2024 on international entertainment projects. This media experience gave her unique insights into visual storytelling that she now applies to her digital content.
In 2021, she founded BestPMULA in Carson, California, specializing in ombre powder brows and lip blush. However, her PMU journey began much earlier in 2014 when she started working part-time as a PMU artist during her college years. Today, she’s a 4X certified PMU artist, educator, and internet personality with over 107,000 followers across platforms.
